Platform updates

I have taken Courtney, Lily, Savannah, Slay the Demon, and Falling for Cody off all ebook platforms except for Amazon. I'll be enrolling them in KD Select. If you haven't picked them up on another platform, you still have time before they're removed. Cursed Soldier, The Woman Behind the Letters, and Life in the Moments are still available on all platforms. Diamond Dirt will be released on all platforms on April 7th. All pre-order links are active.
